READ Awarded Gold Seal of Transparency

Because of our commitment to open and honest financial operation, READ has earned a Candid Gold Seal of Transparency!

This is the Candid Seal of Transparency 2024.

THANKS to our community for supporting READ

We work to spread literacy awareness in the community and to promote the community’s participation in the activities of READ.

We recruit and tutor English-speaking and/or non-English speaking adults who are eighteen years of age and older and need improvement in speaking, reading, and writing skills.

We rely on volunteer tutors to work with our students.

Our vision is to support adult learners in their journey to achieve their literacy, academic, and life goals.
