First Adult Spelling Bee a Big Success!

Thanks to our sponsors, including presenter RLT Solutions, and hard-working volunteers, dozens packed the Chamber of Commerce to BEE-come a part of our one-of-a-kind event.

All proceeds benefit READ’S Adult Literacy Program

We work to spread literacy awareness in the community and to promote the community’s participation in the activities of READ.

We recruit and tutor English-speaking and/or non-English speaking adults who are eighteen years of age and older and need improvement in speaking, reading, and writing skills.

We rely on volunteer tutors to work with our students.

Our vision is to support adult learners in their journey to achieve their literacy, academic, and life goals.
